Orders are processed from Monday to Friday and Klamore ships them via UPS insured parcels.

Once your purchase is processed, you will receive a confirmation email, subsequently you will receive information about the delivery of your order and/or the guide to track it. Delivery time is approximately 10 business days. It is important to consider that these days begin to count when your payment has been processed correctly.

We ship throughout the Mexican Republic.

Shipping will be made with the data that the client provides and is corroborated. In the event that there is a problem with the delivery, it will be notified electronically according to the data provided, or if the client makes unforeseen changes. We cannot be responsible for the delivery and a second shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

To deliver the order it is important to show your official identification.

The virtual store www.klamore.com.mx accepts Visa, MasterCard or American Express cards and payments through PAYPAL and Bancomer.There is no commission and your payment is processed immediately.

You can make your payment through a deposit or electronic transfer. You must send the receipt to ventas@klamore.com.mx and once the deposit or transfer is validated, your order will be sent. You have 48 hours to complete the deposit or electronic transfer, after that time your order will be canceled.

The Klamore website aims to display product images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color and size you see matches the actual product, as the display of color and size depends, in part, on the monitor you use.

www.klamore.com allows you to purchase products that will be delivered to you or your friends after your request has been validated with receipt of payment. If you are a registered user, you can save to your shopping cart and return later to www.klamore.com to validate your request.

Existence policy

We try to ensure the existence of all the products placed in your shopping cart. However, it may be possible that an item you have ordered is not available. In these cases, the order will be canceled and your money will be refunded.


As we process your request immediately, we will not be able to cancel placed and confirmed orders.

If additional documentation is requested from the customer and it is not delivered within the next 72 business hours, the order will be canceled and your money will be refunded.

Exchange and Return Policy

Our commitment to you does not end at delivery, you can make returns up to 30 calendar days after your purchase. Only the return shipping costs and insurance ($550 MXN) will have to be paid. We ask you to request a return guide, as described below, otherwise it will not be accepted.

Keep in mind that, in order to make an exchange or return, the pieces must be in the conditions in which they were purchased, engagement rings, rings and churumbelas must have their Klamore certificate.

No exchanges or returns are accepted for special orders or personalized jewelry such as names and initials; For wedding rings only, the return will be accepted even with personalized engraving.

Any return sent by another type of package other than that authorized by Klamore will not be received at our facilities.

How to prepare an exchange or return?

Contact or send a message by WhatsApp to the number 5529-188295 and have your order number at hand.

You will receive by email a return guide for our UPS insured parcel and detailed instructions for returning your order.

Pack your items securely, as indicated in the email we will send you. If the Klamore certificate (engagement rings, earrings and churumbelas) or the case is not included in the return, $500 MXN will be deducted from the refund. For security reasons, do not write Klamore on the outside of the package.

Reception of Returns

Returns are entered into the system within the first 24 business hours from reception. The product will be verified to be in perfect condition and once the return is entered into our system, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the return. The total refund will be reported, subtracting the cost of shipping and insurance ($550 MXN).The refund will take place in approximately 2 weeks, depending on each banking institution.

In the case of a change, an advisor will contact you to manage the new purchase.

Change or Cancel an Order

If you want to change or cancel an order, contact or send a WhatsApp to the phone number 5529-188295 . We will try to make changes to the order before shipping confirmation.

If you receive a damaged package or item, please call us immediately at 5529-188295 or send us a WhatsApp . Keep all packaging materials, just as you received them. Clarification for damaged or missing items must be made immediately, maximum 24 hours after receiving them.
