Certificate of authenticity

All our engagement rings, wedding rings and churumbelas have a document that certifies the quality of the ring, as well as the authenticity of the gold and the stones precious.

The certificate includes: model number, gold characteristics: color and carat and diamond characteristics: carat, color, clarity and cut.

Lifetime maintenance

Maintenance (cleaning) of your piece can be requested from the first year of purchase. You can send it to be cleaned for life, once a year, so that your piece always looks radiant.

The maintenance service will be free, you will only have to cover the shipping and insurance costs ($550 MXN).

If you require another type of service or replacement of gems or diamonds, the repair will have a cost.

How to request maintenance?

Send an email to ventasweb@klamore.com.mx with the following information:

° Order number

° Name

° Contact telephone number

° Complete address

We will send you an email confirming your request and once we receive the confirmation of your payment for shipping, you will receive a return guide so that you can send us your piece.

We will notify you when we have received your piece in our facilities and from that day on the adjustment will take 10 to 12 business days .

When your ring is ready, you will be notified by email including the tracking number.

Sizing adjustment

The first adjustment of your engagement ring, ring or churumbela will be free of charge, as long as it is up to two sizes down or up.

The shipping cost must be covered: $550 MXN and within 6 months after the purchase (in the case of complete churumbelas, due to their characteristics, there are no adjustments).

From the second adjustment and Any increase in size will be at a cost depending on the measurement requested, plus the shipping cost of $550 MXN.

How to request an adjustment?

Send an email to ventasweb@klamore.com.mx with the following information:

° Order number

° Product model number

° Current ring size

° Requested ring size

° Special engraving on the ring (if available) )

° Full name (with which the order was registered)

° Contact telephone number

° Complete address

Your request will be evaluated, you will We will send an email confirming the service order and payment methods.

Once the payment confirmation is received, you will receive the return guide so that you can send us your piece.

We will notify you when we have received your piece in our facilities and from that day on the adjustment will take 10 to 12 business days.

When your ring is ready, you will be notified by email including the tracking number.

Engraving

Our engagement rings, wedding rings and churumbelas are distinguished with the engraving of our KLAMORE brand which gives authenticity to them.

Wedding rings can be personalized with in-house engraving at no cost. Once you select your model, add your engraving format selection in the specifications box. Learn more...

Engraving does not apply to engagement rings or churumbelas because their characteristics do not allow it.
