ADJUSTMENTS POLICY
Measurement adjustment in engagement rings, hoops and churumbelas.
The first adjustment of your engagement ring or ring will be free of charge, as long as it is up to two sizes up or down and is done within 6 months of purchase. Only an amount of $550 MXN must be covered for shipping and insurance costs.
From the second adjustment, and in the case of requiring an adjustment greater than two sizes, there will be a cost according to the requested measurement, in addition to the shipping costs.
How to request an adjustment?
Send an email to ventasweb@klamore.com.mx with the following information:
- Order number
- Photo of the ring
- Model number
- Current ring measurement
- Requested ring size
- Special engraving that the ring has (if it has one)
- Full name (with which the order was registered)
- Contact phone number
- Full address
Your request will be evaluated, we will send you an email confirming the service order and payment methods.
Once payment confirmation is received, you will receive the return guide so you can send us your piece.
We will notify you when we have received your piece at our facilities and from that day on the adjustment will take 10 to 12 business days.
When your ring is ready, you will be notified by email including the tracking number.
