What are the payment methods?
You can make your payment with a PayPal account or with any Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit or debit card. There is no commission and your payment is processed immediately.
We have up to 9 months without interest with Paypal, Bancomer, Banamex and Santander.
What materials are used in the pieces?
Our designs are made in 14k or 18k gold, we use only natural diamonds and precious gems.
What are the characteristics of diamonds?
The characteristics of the diamonds we use are SI clarity and G-H color. Know the 4 C's of a diamond.
How is the piece delivered?
The order is sent with its gift box and certificate of authenticity for engagement rings and hoops. The invoice is sent by email.

Do you have a branch to see the models?
We do not have physical stores but you can see the quality of our pieces in Liverpool, Cristal Joyas, Guvier and Bo&Co, however, you will not find the same models since we handle exclusive products with each brand distributor.
I found a Klamore model at a department store, but I don't see it available on your website?
The models that appear on the Klamore page are exclusive products that are only offered through this medium.
Are there other points of sale that carry the Klamore brand?
Yes, the Klamore brand is sold in Liverpool, Cristal Joyas, Guvier and Bo&Co, although the models you will find are different from the ones we have on the site.
What does the Certificate of Authenticity include in engagement rings and wedding bands?
- All our engagement rings and hoops have a document that certifies the quality of the jewel and its characteristics.
- The certificate shows the name and code of the model, characteristics of the gold: color and carat, as well as the characteristics of the diamond: carat, color, clarity and cut.
- Lifetime maintenance that includes free cleaning so that the piece always looks like new.
- Does not apply for wear, loss of stones and abuse, in case of replacement and/or repair it will have an additional cost.
What is the delivery time of my order and the delivery method?
The delivery time is 10 business days and the shipment is 100% reliable.
We use UPS courier and all our shipments are insured.
Once your order is ready, an email is sent with the tracking number so you can track your order.
What is the shipping cost?
As a Klamore customer, shipping is free throughout the Mexican Republic.
What happens if my fiancee's ring doesn't fit?
Remember that our certificate of authenticity includes the fit 2 sizes below, so only shipping costs would apply.

Can you choose the karatage or color of gold in engagement rings?
Yes, you have the option to choose the karatage: 14k or 18k, as well as the color of the gold: yellow, white and pink so you can personalize it however you like.
